Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mike Worner (ranked 4262 p4p, 4444 weight class) and Sota Takahashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Worner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sota Takahashi!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takahashi keeps the fight on the outside.
Horrible takedown attempt by Worner or perhaps it was just good defense by Takahashi, which made it look bad.
Sota Takahashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Worner moves in looking to clinch but Takahashi pushes him off.
Worner gets tackled into the cage by Takahashi. Takahashi maintains the clinch.
Worner is trying to pull guard but Takahashi turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Takahashi jumps guard and drags Worner to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Worner will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Worner wants to pass the guard but Takahashi is keeping the position.
Takahashi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Worner doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Worner manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Takahashi manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Worner manages to get himself to full guard.
Worner really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Worner is striking from the bottom but Takahashi uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
Takahashi is looking for a kimura but Worner is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Takahashi to get the leverage.

Takahashi is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Worner defends it well.
Takahashi is controlling the pace.
Worner landing rabbit punches to the side of Takahashi's head. Not doing much damage but still scoring a few points.
Takahashi takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Takahashi is trying to control. Worner wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Worner is looking for a sweep. Takahashi is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Takahashi wants to free his trapped foot but Worner is holding on for dear life with his legs.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Worner avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Takahashi.
Takahashi is working for a kimura but Worner is defending it quite comfortably.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Takahashi is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Worner sees it coming and defends easily.
Takahashi wants to lay and pray for a moment but Worner keeps working.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Worner wants to get back to full guard.
Worner looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Takahashi tries to pass to full mount but Worner defends it.
Worner is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Takahashi is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Worner has managed to free his arm - good work.
Takahashi is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Worner defends it well.
Takahashi is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Worner won't allow Takahashi to pass to mount.
Takahashi is working for a kimura but Worner is defending it quite comfortably.
Takahashi throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Takahashi content to control rather than advance.
Takahashi prevents Worner from improving his position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sota Takahashi dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Takahashi tries to clinch there but Worner circles away.
It looked like Worner was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Worner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Takahashi pinned against the cage. Takahashi gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Takahashi tries to close the distance and clinch but Worner swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Mike Worner is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Takahashi clinches with his opponent.
Takahashi has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Worner is trying to keep an underhook but Takahashi manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Takahashi seems to be looking for submissions.
Takahashi is trying to control the action in half guard but Worner is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Takahashi uses his free foot to push down on Worner's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Worner.

Worner holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Takahashi tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Takahashi is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Worner is in real trouble.

Worner defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Takahashi's arms.

Worner is pressing down on Takahashi's thigh, looking to free his foot. Takahashi is holding on for now.
Sota Takahashi has got the better of the ground game so far.
Takahashi tries to roll over but Worner keeps him under control.
Worner is working for a submission of some sort.
Takahashi gets back to full guard.

Worner is sitting in close to Takahashi's body. Takahashi has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Worner is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Worner is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Takahashi.
