Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harold Spencer (ranked 3139 p4p, 3137 weight class) and Greg Trouble (ranked 447 p4p, 451 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Harold Spencer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Greg Trouble! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spencer tries for a takedown but Trouble circles away easily and Trouble moves into the clinch. Spencer drops down looking for an ankle pick but Trouble pulls his leg out and moves away.

Spencer is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Spencer fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Trouble looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Trouble stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harold Spencer. That's going to take a lot out of him. Spencer takes the fight into the clinch. Trouble keeps control of Spencer as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Spencer goes for a takedown in the clinch but Trouble prevents it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Trouble. Trouble gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Spencer working a defensive guard but Trouble passes into half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Spencer trying to control but Trouble postures up.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Trouble stands up from half guard. Trouble fails with a takedown attempt. Spencer closes the distance and clinches up with Trouble, looking for a takedown. Spencer pushes Trouble against the cage but Trouble circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Spencer blocks the body kick.
Spencer tries to clinch but Trouble moves out of range. A low kick from Spencer misses and Trouble counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Trouble. Trouble keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Spencer's head. Trouble decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Spencer, up you get!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trouble feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Spencer looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Trouble has picked Spencer up and slammed him! Spencer can't keep hold of the triangle and Trouble manages to pass to side control! Trouble stands up and we're back to a striking position. Trouble forces Spencer back against the cage and clinches. Spencer's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Trouble tries to clinch but Spencer moves out of range. Spencer blocks a head kick by Trouble.

A bit of stalling here from Spencer.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Spencer is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Trouble has picked Spencer up - he's going for a ride! Trouble dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Trouble is working for a submission of some sort.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Trouble in particular looking to stall. Trouble prevents Spencer from improving his position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Greg Trouble dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Trouble stuffs the takedown attempt from Spencer. Spencer gets slowly back to his feet. Trouble fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Spencer sprawls well initially but Trouble persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Spencer kicks Trouble off and gets back to his feet. Spencer uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Trouble swings for the body but Spencer moves out of range.
Trouble has managed to clinch.
Spencer jumps guard but Trouble turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Trouble goes for a takedown attempt but Spencer pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Spencer shoots in for a takedown but Trouble shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harold Spencer. That's going to take a lot out of him. Spencer wants to clinch up but Trouble keeps it at a distance. Nice sprawl there from Spencer as Trouble shoots in.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trouble throws a body punch but Spencer moves out of range. Trouble drives through with a takedown into guard. Spencer is looking to stand back up but Trouble counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Spencer. Trouble looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Spencer is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Trouble scores with a couple of nice shots. Trouble content to control rather than advance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Spencer is trying to control but Trouble manages to pass to mount!
Trouble dominating with strikes here. Greg Trouble has got the better of the ground game so far. Trouble scoring with strikes but Spencer is staying in there. Spencer tries to control Trouble's body but Trouble pushes him off. Spencer squirms to his side and now Trouble has his back! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Trouble punches Spencer on the ear. Trouble controlling from the back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trouble gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes.
Spencer is rocked!
It looks like Harold Spencer has been cut. Trouble is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Spencer won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Trouble off his unconscious opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Greg Trouble!
