Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Loki Rehn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stefano Del Monte!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Patrick Alders and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rehn lands a front kick.
Rehn throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A head kick from Rehn lands but Del Monte takes it in his stride.
Rehn throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Del Monte tries to counter with a clinch but Rehn shakes him off and moves away.
Nice defenses there by Rehn.
Rehn moves away from the strike by Del Monte.
A counter left hand to the body from Rehn misses its target.
Rehn swinging wildly here.
Rehn takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Rehn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rehn connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Rehn scores with a one two! Del Monte had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Del Monte just misses with a punch to the body.
A little feinted left hand from Rehn on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Del Monte throws a body shot but no joy.
Rehn lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Rehn swings widly with a right hand

and Del Monte holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Rehn breaks from the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice defenses there by Rehn.
Del Monte uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rehn.
Rehn scoring well with a low kick there.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Rehn.
Rehn connects with a solid leg kick.
Del Monte throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Rehn counters with a nice body shot.
Rehn feints and then cracks Del Monte's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Del Monte down.
Rehn misses with a hook. Del Monte ducked under it nicely.
Rehn throws a sloppy head kick

and Del Monte holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Del Monte has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Rehn uses from the top position.

Del Monte is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Rehn rolls with it to try and escape but Del Monte cranks on the arm and Rehn is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
