Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kugus Amiga (ranked 23827 p4p, 23917 weight class) and Richard John Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 34 - 26 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kugus Amiga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 25 - 40 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Richard John Salvacion! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Salvacion scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Salvacion content to control rather than advance. Amiga is striking from the bottom but he's now found himself mounted! Oh dear - not enough focus on defense there.
Salvacion controlling the position easily from mount. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga is trying desperately to improve position. Salvacion avoids the attempt from Amiga to control. Salvacion looking to control and managing it successfully. Amiga is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Salvacion controlling from the full mount. Salvacion wants to control the pace but Amiga is squirming around nicely. Amiga manages to regain half guard. Good work. Salvacion looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's three minutes gone in the round. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Amiga wants to control but Salvacion is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Amiga fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Salvacion avoids it really well and circles away. Salvacion thinks about the counter body kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Amiga looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Salvacion! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion is looking to regain half guard here but Amiga keeps moving and retains side control. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Richard John Salvacion dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Salvacion looks for a takedown but Amiga sprawls well. Salvacion shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Amiga but Amiga pushes him off and we're back to square one. Amiga throws a quick counter kick to the body but Salvacion avoids it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion doesn't succeed with the takedown and Amiga makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Salvacion really felt that one! Kugus Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Richard John Salvacion.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. It appears Amiga was looking to counter with a kick there. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Salvacion is defended easily by Amiga. It appears Amiga was looking to counter with a kick there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Salvacion will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion lands with a nice body kick. Salvacion with a lazy takedown attempt and Amiga counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Amiga is trying hard to land a takedown here. Salvacion sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Salvacion now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Nice sprawl there from Salvacion as Amiga shoots in. A countering left hand to the body from Salvacion misses. Salvacion looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion moves out of range as Amiga throws a body kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kugus Amiga dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards. Salvacion stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Salvacion wants it to stay on the feet. Salvacion drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Amiga defends it well. Salvacion shoots in for a double leg but Amiga sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Nice takedown defense from Amiga. No joy for Salvacion on that attempt. Salvacion displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Amiga. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga shoots in for a takedown but Salvacion shows good takedown defense. Salvacion steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kugus Amiga. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Horrible takedown attempt by Salvacion or perhaps it was just good defense by Amiga, which made it look bad. Salvacion gets a takedown into half guard. Salvacion content to control rather than advance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Salvacion has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Amiga is looking to control Salvacion's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Amiga avoid being mounted? Richard John Salvacion has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion is figuring out what he wants to do next. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Amiga tries to roll over but Salvacion keeps him under control.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Salvacion. Amiga changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Amiga stuffs the takedown. Horrible takedown attempt by Amiga or perhaps it was just good defense by Salvacion, which made it look bad.
And that's the end of the fight! Richard John Salvacion comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Salvacion has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
