Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Denny Danger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Guy Wednesday! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wednesday shoots in for a takedown but Danger shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Wednesday shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Danger pushes Wednesday off and gets back to his feet. Danger tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wednesday swats him away and circles back towards the center. Wednesday has Danger up against the cage in a clinch.
Wednesday has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Danger regains guard immediately. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Danger is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That was a close round but I would say that Denny Danger will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Wednesday delivers a nice body kick. Danger looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Danger shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wednesday defends it nicely. Wednesday slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Danger gets back to half guard. Wednesday is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wednesday throwing shots but Danger is blocking nicely.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Wednesday tries to bum rush Danger with a series of wild strikes but Danger uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Wednesday fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Danger, pushing him back against the cage. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Guy Wednesday showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round! Wednesday connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Danger is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Wednesday.
It looks like Denny Danger has been cut. Danger throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Wednesday counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Wednesday is figuring out what he wants to do next. Danger throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Wednesday manages to pass to side control. Wednesday decides to take the fight back to the feet. Wednesday has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Wednesday lands a head kick. Danger smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Danger fails with a takedown attempt from distance. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wednesday scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Danger bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Danger sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Wednesday's guard. Wednesday is looking to escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Danger is trying to control the action in half guard but Wednesday is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wednesday is holding on to half guard well. Wednesday on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Danger thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Wednesday's head. Wednesday wants to control the action here but instead Danger manages to pass to full mount! Wednesday tries to improve his position but instead Danger has taken his back! Danger is not going to allow Wednesday to sit and survive in this position. Danger keeps control of the position as Wednesday tries to break free.
