Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between RJ McLovin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaakko Peto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McLovin comes to the cage accompanied by Ready For The Fight. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, RJ McLovin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Jaakko Peto! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Sam Margolis and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McLovin showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Peto.
McLovin throws a leg kick that misses. Peto throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Peto drops McLovin with a big left hand and mounts him. McLovin is in big trouble!
McLovin is rocked!
It looks like RJ McLovin has been cut. McLovin wants to control but Peto is having none of it. Oh McLovin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! McLovin is working to get back to half guard.
Peto looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. McLovin seems to have got his legs back now. McLovin gets back to half guard. Peto is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
McLovin wants to improve his position but Peto is controlling well.
Peto is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for McLovin!
That's one minute gone in the round. McLovin sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. McLovin wants to get back to full guard. Peto wants to work for an arm triangle but McLovin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
McLovin moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. McLovin is trying to keep Peto in close.
McLovin is looking for a triangle but Peto pushes his legs off easily.
McLovin is trying to control the position but Peto postures up. McLovin pulls Peto in to control the position. McLovin is trying to control the position but Peto postures up. McLovin wants to sweep but no luck. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Peto working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McLovin keeping moving, preventing Peto from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Peto drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Peto jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. McLovin not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Peto throws a right and a left that McLovin avoids nicely. Peto looks gassed! McLovin closes the distance and clinches. McLovin looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. McLovin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Peto rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McLovin moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Peto misses with a series of wild punches.
Peto throws a shot from downtown. McLovin moves away and avoids it. McLovin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
McLovin sizes up Peto with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. McLovin throws a right hand that Peto ducks under and follows up with a left that Peto also avoids with ease. McLovin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McLovin wants to control from the top but Peto keeps moving. McLovin wants to pass the guard but Peto is keeping the position. McLovin postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. McLovin passes Peto's right leg, so he's now in half guard. McLovin is working for a kimura but Peto is defending it quite comfortably.
Peto looking for submissions from an awkward position here. McLovin seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Peto misses with some strikes from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. The fighters are battling for position here. Peto manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Peto working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McLovin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. McLovin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. McLovin postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. McLovin wanted to stand there but Peto had control of the position. McLovin thows a big elbow that misses. McLovin trying to control but Peto is working from the bottom. McLovin throws a strike but Peto rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Peto stopping the sweep attempt from McLovin. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jaakko Peto dominated that round. The cut man is working on RJ McLovin's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Peto tries to grapple but his opponent circles enabling McLovin to counter with a crisp jab. McLovin scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. McLovin slips into full mount, dodging the strikes by Peto. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Peto is looking to improve his position but McLovin isn't that keen on the idea. Peto regains half guard. McLovin perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. McLovin decides to return to a standing position. Peto gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Peto keeping full guard, as McLovin tries to pass. Peto keeping moving, preventing McLovin from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. McLovin is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Peto has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. McLovin is looking to defend but Peto has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for McLovin! Peto pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, McLovin taps out and this one is all over!
