Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ziko Igwe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Charles Abel!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abel walks into a jab.
Igwe scores with the left hand. Abel knows he should have avoided that one.
Good shot there by Igwe.
It looks like Charles Abel has been cut.
Abel moves into range and clinches up with Igwe.
Abel has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Igwe is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Igwe pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Igwe lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Igwe takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Abel is rocked!
Igwe scores with a crisp jab that stopped Abel in his tracks.
Abel is still on wobbly legs! Can Igwe finish him?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Igwe lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Abel up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Igwe from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Abel's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ziko Igwe!
