PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Righteous Crusader (ranked 23223 p4p, 23293 weight class) and James Braddock (ranked 633 p4p, 644 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Crusader definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

It looked like Crusader was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Braddock.

Braddock is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Crusader had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

Braddock is fighting off a takedown attempt but Crusader is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Braddock to the mat. Braddock regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Braddock pushes Crusader off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Braddock has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Crusader doesn't defend quickly enough and Braddock has managed to lock this one up! Can Crusader escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Braddock on a fantastic submission victory.
