Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Andrade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alfred Magnusson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rafael Andrade has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rafael Andrade! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alfred Magnusson! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Andrade lands an overhand right. Magnusson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Andrade dodges the punch combination from Magnusson.
Magnusson rushes Andrade and presses him up against the cage. Andrade wants to break the clinch but can't.
Magnusson drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Magnusson lands with a light punch inside. Andrade is looking to break free of the clinch but Magnusson has double underhooks. Andrade breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Magnusson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Andrade takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Magnusson moves into the clinch. Andrade tries to break the clinch but Magnusson is controlling the position. Magnusson displaying some good clinch control by pressing Andrade up against the cage. Magnusson prevents Andrade from breaking the clinch. Magnusson will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Andrade up against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Magnusson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Andrade pulls him back up using the underhooks. Andrade is trying to break free. Magnusson jumps guard and drags Andrade to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Andrade postures up.
Magnusson has a closed guard, preventing Andrade from standing up. Magnusson is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Andrade rolls with it to try and escape but Magnusson cranks on the arm and Andrade is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Alfred Magnusson!
