The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson clobbers Muromets with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Good standup being displayed there by Muromets as he connects with a hook.

It looks like Kareem Johnson has been cut.
Muromets slips a jab and a cross from Johnson.
Ilya Muromets seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johnson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Johnson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Johnson throws a leg kick but Muromets sees it coming and moves out of range.

Muromets will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
A little feinted left hand from Johnson on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Johnson looks to land a right hand but Muromets moved out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Muromets misses the target.
Muromets moves into range and connects with a jab.

Muromets smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

enabling Johnson to counter with a crisp jab.
Muromets has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Johnson finds it's way round the side to connect with Muromets's head.

Muromets is rocked!
Look low, kick high! Johnson uses the oldest trick in the book to send Muromets tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Johnson is absolutely delighted - when Muromets wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
