This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 5 wins and 4 losses; Flavio De Rossi! And in the blue corner, fighting out of St Petersburg, with a TWGC record of 6 wins and 14 losses; Oenomaus Doctore!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.


The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

De Rossi tries to sprawl but Doctore drives through with a takedown into half guard.

De Rossi is trying to stick to Doctore's back but Doctore is turning into De Rossi. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in De Rossi's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Doctore.

Doctore tries to free his leg and advance position but De Rossi is retaining full guard.
De Rossi keeping moving, preventing Doctore from controlling successfully.
Doctore must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

De Rossi is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Doctore frees his head nicely. Oh but De Rossi has switched to an armbar! Doctore is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
