Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Ebert!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Oaza Madero!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Madero throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Madero throws a shot from downtown. Ebert moves away and avoids it.
Madero digs a good body shot into Ebert's ribs.
Ebert tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Madero was well out of range. Poor timing from Ebert.
Madero misses the jab.
Ebert swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Madero scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Ebert throws a series of punches but Madero avoids them all with ease.
Ebert misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Madero.
Ebert goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Oaza Madero has been cut.
Madero lands a jab to the head.
Ebert looks to land a left hand but Madero moved out of range nicely.
Ebert misses with a jab to the body
and Madero connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Madero lands a slapping body shot.
A cross from Madero lands.
Madero swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ebert. Madero does a little dance to reset his feet.
Crunch! Ebert slams his shin into Madero's torso.
Ebert throws the kick towards the body but Madero avoids it.
Madero appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Ebert looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Madero scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Madero lands with an overhand left.
Madero lands with a right hand.

Madero shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Ebert napping and manages to drive through into side control!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ebert takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Madero throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Madero throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Ebert is holding Madero down, trying to stall.
Madero wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ebert keeps working.
Madero working the ground and pound from side control.
Madero scoring with punches from side control.
Ebert on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
A big shot lands for Madero! That's hurt Ebert! Will he recover? Madero fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Oaza Madero!
