Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sandy Storm (ranked 25168 p4p, 25173 weight class) and Harry Livingstone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harry Livingstone has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sandy Storm! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Harry Livingstone! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Livingstone fails to land the takedown. Livingstone tries for a takedown but Storm circles away easily and Storm counters with a head kick that drops Livingstone to the mat! Livingstone scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Livingstone is rocked! Storm explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Livingstone is still on wobbly legs! Can Storm finish him? Livingstone shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Storm appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Livingstone seems to have recovered his senses. Sandy Storm has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harry Livingstone. Storm gets a powerful takedown and that's hurt Livingstone. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Storm tries to move to mount but Livingstone blocks the move with his legs. Storm content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Livingstone tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Storm wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Storm taking a breather here. Storm tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Storm has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Livingstone is trying to escape the position but Storm is controlling the position. Livingstone is looking for a sweep. Livingstone looks winded! Storm taking a breather here. Storm has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Storm advances nicely into full mount. Storm controlling from mount. Storm's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Storm is standing up, even though he is in mount. Storm throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Storm pushes Livingstone up against the cage in a clinch. Storm turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Storm manages to end up in side control. Livingstone is being controlled here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Storm has control of an arm but Livingstone manages to advance to Storm's back! Storm turns into Livingstone and is now in his guard.
Storm not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Storm seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Livingstone for as long as he can get away with. Further stalling from Storm. Storm cracks Livingstone with a solid left hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Storm chips away with some ground and pound. Storm engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Storm might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Storm stands and steps away. Livingstone gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Jab from Storm. Storm throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Livingstone was covering up waiting for the punch and Storm finishes the takedown easily into guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sandy Storm dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Storm feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Storm is working Livingstone over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Livingstone looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Livingstone can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Storm controls the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Livingstone is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Storm drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Storm jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Storm content to stall in guard here. Storm won't allow Livingstone to sweep him here. Storm controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Storm takes the fight into the clinch. Storm breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Storm decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Storm is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Livingstone doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Storm. Storm is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Livingstone can do to turn this around? Storm takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm winds up and cracks Livingstone with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Storm stands up from half guard. Storm drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Storm controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Storm advances to mount. Storm stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Storm moves into the clinch successfully.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Storm is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Livingstone can't fight it off and eventually Storm manages to take the fight to the floor. Livingstone looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Livingstone wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Storm manages to pass to side control. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sandy Storm dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Storm shoots in and gets a takedown into Livingstone's guard. Storm wants to control from the top but Livingstone keeps moving. Storm controls the pace of the fight for a moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Livingstone is trying to control the position but Storm postures up. Storm working some strikes from top position. Livingstone takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Livingstone is trying to keep Storm in close.
That's one minute gone in the round. Livingstone is working an open guard so Storm takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Livingstone shoots for a double leg takedown but Storm sprawls well. He's pushed Livingstone's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Storm forces Livingstone back against the cage and clinches. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Storm obliges. Storm manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Livingstone would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Storm is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Livingstone defends well. Sandy Storm overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Storm has Livingstone pulled in close to control his posture. Harry Livingstone has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Storm managing to control the position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Livingstone accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Storm looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Livingstone stopping the sweep attempt from Storm. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm pulls Livingstone in close to prevent any damage. Storm lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Storm passes Livingstone's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Sandy Storm is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Storm controlling the action here.
And that's the end of the fight! Sandy Storm showed his dominance in that final round. Well Storm has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
