Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Biggie Smalls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddie Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by 'Sabotage' by the Beastie Boys. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smalls looks to land a combination. Smith sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Freddie Smith has been cut. Smith looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Smalls fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Smith, pushing him back against the cage. Smalls scores with a hook to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Smalls is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Smith gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Smith pushes Smalls back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Smalls is working for takedown but Smith is calmly controlling the position for now. Smith tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Smalls cracks Smith with a nice body shot. Smith wants to get back to striking at distance but Smalls won't allow it.
Smalls lands a body punch in the clinch. Smalls manages to pull guard.
Smalls has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Smith can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Smalls is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Smith tries to stand but Smalls is controlling from the bottom. Smalls is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Smalls looking to hit a scissor sweep but Smith is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Smith wants to stand and escape but instead Smalls has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Smith had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Smalls is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Smith Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Smalls's back instead. Smalls staying busy and making it hard for Smith to control. Smith avoiding Smalls 's attempts to control his hands. Smalls tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Smalls is trying to escape the mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Poor strikes thrown by Smith there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Smith thowing shots but they're missing. Smalls wants to control but Smith is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Smith lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Smalls regains half guard. Smalls works his way to full guard. Good work. Smalls is trying to keep Smith in close.
Smalls has a closed guard, preventing Smith from standing up. Smith decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Freddie Smith is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Smith misses with a double jab
and Smalls counters with a slapping leg kick. Smith dodges the punch combination from Smalls.
Smith throws a combination that misses and Smalls counters with a left and a right that stings Smith. Smith will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Smalls throws a right hand that Smith ducks under and follows up with a left that Smith also avoids with ease. Smalls gets a clinch. Smalls manages to break the clinch.

Smith gets caught flat footed, as Smalls shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Smalls stands up over Smith, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Smalls stands and throws Smith's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Smalls staying calm. Smalls wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Smith, who protects the arm well. Smalls cracks Smith with a big elbow. Smalls trying to control the action but Smith is working from the bottom. Smalls is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Smith looks calm but he's in trouble here. Smalls gets his head over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Smith is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Smalls lets go of the hold and Smith can pop his arm back in it's socket.
