Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Van Franklin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Alexandre Firmino and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conner fails in his attempt to clinch.
Franklin fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Conner sprawls well initially but Franklin persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Conner avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Franklin.
Franklin content to control rather than advance.
Franklin moves nicely into side control.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Conner has eaten all the pies!
Conner is being controlled here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A control attempt from Conner but he's now mounted!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Conner is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Conner wants to hold on but Franklin pushes him away.
Franklin sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Franklin is landing with some decent strikes but Conner is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Franklin takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Franklin lands a big shot to the head and Conner winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
