The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Scott tries for a takedown but River circles away easily
and River counters by moving into the clinch.
Scott jumps guard but River turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
River turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and River manages to end up in side control. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: River (4) vs (0) Scott

River is taking a breather. Scott says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

River is looking for a kimura but Scott is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for River to get the leverage.

River rolls with it to try and escape but Scott cranks on the arm and River is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
