Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brian Jones (ranked 3506 p4p, 4638 weight class) and Android Fighter (ranked 423 p4p, 511 weight class). Fighter comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Tech-Man strikes again, someone is going down.. Wonder who? It's you!!!! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brian Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Android Fighter!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Aafke Stam and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones has Fighter up against the cage in a clinch.
Jones will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Fighter up against the cage.

Jones is trying to trip Fighter. He has hold of a leg but Fighter is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Jones persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fighter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Jones's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Jones is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Fighter will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
We've been hearing good reports from Jones's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Jones gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jones shoots in for a takedown but Fighter shows good takedown defense.

Fighter tries to keep at a distance but Jones has taken the fight into the clinch.

Jones shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fighter but Fighter pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Fighter swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Jones's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Jones shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fighter sprawls well. Fighter wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jones gets slowly back to his feet.

It seemed like Fighter was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Jones fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Fighter to the ground. Jones is now in Fighter's guard.
Brian Jones is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Jones controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Android Fighter has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Android Fighter comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Jones has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
