Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Juan David Franco (ranked 2897 p4p, 2299 weight class) and Danny Davis (ranked 328 p4p, 261 weight class). Franco comes into the arena with Bullet For My Valentine- Tears Don't Fall blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franco misses with a few strikes there.
Davis lands a left and a right that send Franco crashing to the mat, dazed. Davis thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Juan David Franco has been cut.

Franco takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Davis throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Davis fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Franco to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Franco looks to clinch but Davis throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Franco taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Danny Davis spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
