The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hudson tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Smash counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Hudson throws a head kick that misses
and Smash counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Sasha Hudson has been cut.
Hudson takes a jab right on the kisser.
Hudson takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Smash cracks Hudson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Smash has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hudson to stand back up!
Hudson is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hudson is holding his hands too far apart here. Smash throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Hudson is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
