Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Manuel Paruzzi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Android Sixteen!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sixteen pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sixteen looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Paruzzi drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sixteen is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Paruzzi wants to pass the guard but Sixteen is keeping the position.
Paruzzi stays in close to Sixteen's body and controls the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Paruzzi has hold of Sixteen's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Sixteen tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Paruzzi cranks the arm and Sixteen screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Sixteen, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
