Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stephan Schneider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jasse Pesonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schneider comes to the cage accompanied by Its a fight. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pesonen fails in his attempt to clinch.
Pesonen defending well as Schneider loads up on a big left hand.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Pesonen takes the fight into the clinch.
Pesonen gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Schneider regains guard.
Pesonen wants to control from the top but Schneider keeps moving.
Schneider is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Pesonen drops down looking for an ankle pick but Schneider pulls his leg out and moves away.
Pesonen throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Schneider was covering up waiting for the punch and Pesonen finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Pesonen distracts Schneider with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pesonen drops back, looking for a kneebar! Schneider looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Schneider looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Schneider!
Schneider wants to stand but Pesonen is controlling his arm.

Pesonen tries to strike from the bottom but misses.
Pesonen is trying to control Schneider's posture but Schneider avoids it.
Schneider tries to stand but Pesonen is controlling his head.
Schneider decides to stand back up.
Pesonen dodges the punch combination from Schneider.

Pesonen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Schneider.

It looks like Jasse Pesonen has been cut.
Schneider looks to land a left hand but Pesonen moved out of range nicely.

Pesonen tries to close the distance and clinch up but Schneider swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Schneider lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Schneider.

Pesonen closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Schneider to the mat! Schneider manages to get full guard.
Schneider is breathing heavily.
Pesonen is looking to work some ground and pound but Schneider has wrist control.
Schneider wants to get back to his feet but Pesonen is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Pesonen drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pesonen jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Schneider is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Pesonen dives into side control.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Schneider is trying to buck Pesonen off.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pesonen might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Schneider kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Schneider is bucking up trying to escape but Pesonen cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Pesonen has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Schneider's face.

Schneider tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pesonen just stands there and leans against the cage.
Pesonen has Schneider pressed against the cage, preventing Schneider from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Schneider has Pesonen pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Pesonen manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Pesonen cracks Schneider with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Schneider tries to kick Pesonen off in order to stand up. Pesonen Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Schneider is looking to get back to his feet here but Pesonen is keeping cool and he's managed to take Schneider's back.
