Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 37 - 26 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Phol Boxaaja!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 46 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tapad Amiga!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxaaja gets the takedown into side control.
Boxaaja looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Amiga really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boxaaja. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Boxaaja tries for a kimura but Amiga is defending well.
Boxaaja is working to tighten his grip on Amiga's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Amiga has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Boxaaja is really squeezing tight and eventually Amiga passes out! Boxaaja breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Phol Boxaaja!
