Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Inca Valero!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Fireball Pacio!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pacio misses the jab.
Valero ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Pacio throws a head kick but Valero moves out of range.
Valero was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Pacio misses with a looping left.
Valero misses with a wild body shot.
Pacio misses with a hook. Valero ducked under it nicely.
Pacio swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Pacio pushes Valero up against the cage in a clinch.

Pacio has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Valero seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Pacio can turn it around.

Valero lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Pacio backwards.

Pacio tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Valero's elbow.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Valero.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Inca Valero will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Valero throws a hook but Pacio avoids it easily.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Fireball Pacio seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Pacio tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Valero's elbow.
Valero's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

letting Pacio counter with a right hand.
Valero is rocked!
Pacio walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Valero drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Pacio swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Valero's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
