Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Luke Horne (ranked 4197 p4p, 3789 weight class) and Paddy O Taybel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paddy O Taybel will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Luke Horne! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Paddy O Taybel! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Patrick Alders and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! O Taybel fails with a takedown attempt. Horne shoots in looking for a takedown but O Taybel manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Horne's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. O Taybel shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Horne as he avoids it easily. It looked like Horne was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Horne shoots in and drives through. O Taybel sprawls well. O Taybel closes the distance and pushes Horne back into the cage. O Taybel pulls guard successfully.
Horne drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Horne jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Horne sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed O Taybel's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Horne tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Horne trying to control the action but O Taybel is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Horne seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Horne wants to work for an arm triangle but O Taybel is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
O Taybel wants to sweep but Horne has passed to side control! Horne is looking to take a break and control but O Taybel is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if O Taybel can do anything to dispel that myth. Horne lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. O Taybel is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Horne asserts his dominance and retains side control. Horne has hold of O Taybel's arm. He's looking for a kimura. O Taybel seems comfortable defending it but Horne has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! O Taybel is real pain and he's forced to tap out! O Taybel is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Horne couldn't care less - he's delighted!
