Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Higanti Libat (ranked 23620 p4p, 23881 weight class) and Wala Sapi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wala Sapi acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 26 - 41 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Higanti Libat! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 31 - 34 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wala Sapi! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Sapi moves out of range as Libat throws a body kick.
Sapi dives in and grabs Libat's left leg, looking for a takedown. Libat pushes down on Sapi's head and hops out. Libat closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Sapi's guard. Sapi is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Libat is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Libat has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sapi looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Libat is stalling in the full guard. Sapi looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sapi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Libat's guard. Libat is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Libat continues to stall. Sapi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Libat swivels though and keeps the full guard. Libat is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Libat shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Sapi fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Nice sprawl there from Libat as Sapi shoots in. Higanti Libat has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wala Sapi. Libat darts in looking for a takedown but Sapi gets double underhooks and turns Libat into the cage. Sapi thinks about the counter body kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Sapi goes for a takedown attempt but Libat pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Sapi shoots in looking for a takedown but Libat manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sapi's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Libat gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Sapi to score an easy takedown into full guard. Sapi stopping the sweep attempt from Libat. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Higanti Libat will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Sapi gets the takedown into side control. Sapi content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Libat has one of Sapi's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage. Sapi remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
That's one minute gone in the round. Libat wants to control but Sapi postures up. You can see the frustration on Libat's face as Sapi controls the position. Sapi has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Sapi is looking to take a break and control but Libat is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Libat tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sapi defends well and Libat ends up having to push Sapi into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Sapi counters with a body kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Sapi drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Libat turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Libat manages to end up in side control. You can see the frustration on Sapi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Libat lands some shots froms side control. Sapi being controlled for a moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. You can see the frustration on Sapi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Libat tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sapi defends well and Libat ends up having to push Sapi into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Wala Sapi will probably get the nod - 10:9. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round! Sapi fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Sapi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Libat's waist but Libat gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sapi off to one side. Libat fails with the takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sapi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. And Sapi responds with a good body kick, but Libat manages to step out the way in time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sapi throws a sloppy head kick and Libat counters with a body kick that stops Sapi in his tracks momentarily. Sapi will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Libat throws a quick counter kick to the body but Sapi avoids it. Higanti Libat has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wala Sapi. Sapi fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Libat sprawls well initially but Sapi persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Libat trying to control but Sapi postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sapi controlling the action here. Libat wants to control but Sapi is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Libat keeping control of the position. Libat tries to get to full guard but Sapi has control of the leg.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Libat shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sapi as he jumps to the side. Sapi counters with a body kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Libat scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sapi is trying to control Libat's posture but Libat avoids it.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Higanti Libat. I think Libat has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
