Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Skyler Gibson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Adam!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gibson tries to clinch but Adam moves out of range.
Gibson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gibson takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Gibson.
Adam is trying to improve his position.
Adam takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Gibson cracks Adam with a big right hand but Adam just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gibson loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Adam scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Gibson land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Gibson stands and salutes the crowd.
