Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Davis (ranked 5541 p4p, 4627 weight class) and Charles Barkley (ranked 514 p4p, 469 weight class). Barkley comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Space Jam kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
A jab lands there for Barkley.
Barkley throws a low kick but Davis avoids it.
It looked like Davis was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Davis swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A solid body kick from Barkley.
Barkley throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Davis on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Davis is breathing heavily.
Barkley explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Charles Barkley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Barkley steps in with a hook that catches Davis right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Barkley follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Davis looks absolutely devastated.
