Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arlet Singer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robin Hood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Singer misses with a few strikes there.

It looks like Robin Hood has been cut. Hood regains half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hood moves into full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Hood forces Singer back against the cage and clinches. Singer is leaning against Hood and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Hood lands a nice knee to the body. Hood keeps control of Singer as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Singer lands with a right to the head. Singer wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Singer is fighting it off but Hood persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Singer's guard against the cage. The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Singer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hood.
Arlet Singer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hood misses with a takedown attempt - Singer sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Hood tries to clinch but Singer is having none of it. Singer tries to keep at a distance but Hood has taken the fight into the clinch. Singer is trying to stall.

That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Hood has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Hood pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hood looking to ground and pound but Singer is blocking nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Robin Hood dominated that round. The cut man is working on Robin Hood's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hood moves in looking to clinch but Singer pushes him off. No joy there for Singer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hood breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hood has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Singer regains half guard. Hood slips a nice elbow through Singer's hands, connecting with Singer's forehead. Hood has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Singer has hold of Hood's hands but Hood slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Singer blocking the ground and pound attempt from Hood. Singer is refusing to be controlled, as Hood sits in half guard. Hood working the head and body with strikes. Singer wants to get back to full guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Singer is looking to escape. Singer trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Singer trying to control from the bottom.

So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Hood is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Singer has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Singer! Singer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Singer wants to control from the top but Hood keeps moving.

Arlet Singer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hood lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
And that's the end of the fight! Robin Hood comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Hood winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
