Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Barbados Slim (ranked 3913 p4p, 4123 weight class) and Serrano SIlva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Mythical Fighter

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Barbados Slim!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Serrano SIlva!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
SIlva with a poor takedown
and Slim counters with a low kick, right behind SIlva 's knee.
Slim looks to land a right hand but SIlva moved out of range.
Slim swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Some bone on bone action there as SIlva checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Slim throws a push kick but SIlva slaps the foot to one side.
SIlva is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
SIlva throws a one two combo.
SIlva ducks under a wild hook from Slim.
Slim throws a hook but SIlva avoids it easily.
Slim throws a lazy right hand but SIlva sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Slim stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Slim wants it to stay on the feet.
SIlva shoots in but no luck this time.
Barbados Slim has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Serrano SIlva.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
SIlva fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Slim half committed to a counter leg kick.
Slim connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between SIlva's hands.

It looks like Serrano SIlva has been cut.
SIlva goes for a double leg but Slim avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Slim continues to drive forward.

That's one minute gone in the round.
SIlva connects with a body shot.

Slim has closed the distance and engaged SIlva in a clinch.
Slim lands a shot to the body.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Slim.
SIlva is looking to take this one to the mat.
SIlva looks winded!
Slim jerks SIlva's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! SIlva drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Slim goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Slim because SIlva was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Barbados Slim!
A relieved looking Barbados Slim thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
