Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kimmo Peramaki (ranked 1573 p4p, 2538 weight class) and Little Late (ranked 218 p4p, 325 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kimmo Peramaki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Little Late! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peramaki fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Late, pushing him back against the cage. Peramaki drags the fight down to the ground.
Peramaki has a closed guard, preventing Late from standing up. Peramaki looking for a guillotine here but Late defends easily.
Peramaki looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Late looking to pass the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Late controlling from the top position. Peramaki is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Late is aware though and is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Late sitting in guard here, content to control. Late in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Late controls from within his opponent's guard. Peramaki is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Late defends well. Peramaki tries to land a sweep but no joy. Late trying to move into half guard but instead Peramaki has managed to sweep! Late controlling the position. Peramaki stands and throws Late's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Peramaki advances to mount. Peramaki moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Late has worked his arm free - good work by Late!
Peramaki tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Peramaki has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Peramaki tries to move into full mount but can't pass Late's legs. Late is trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Peramaki working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Late explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Peramaki takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Peramaki takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. A cross from Peramaki lands. Peramaki scores to the head and body with a nice combination! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Late. Late drives through with a takedown into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Late sitting in guard here, content to control. Late avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Peramaki has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Late can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Late sitting in guard, not really doing much. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Late pushes down on Peramaki's leg and manages to get into half guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kimmo Peramaki dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Late throws a low kick but Peramaki avoids it. Peramaki instigates a clinch. Peramaki jumps into guard, dragging Late to the mat.
Late is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Let's hope that Late has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Peramaki looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Peramaki is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Late is aware though and is defending well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Late trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Peramaki manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Late looking to hit a scissor sweep but Peramaki is one step ahead there.

Peramaki is looking to cinch up a triangle. Late throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Peramaki's body to avoid the submission. Peramaki has instead reached around Late's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Peramaki arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Kimmo Peramaki! The defeated Little Late had this to say: 'Duh?!'.
