Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Keith RunningRabbit! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Anderson! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Anderson moves out of range of the strikes. Anderson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. RunningRabbit wants to sweep here but Anderson controlling him for the moment. RunningRabbit keeping moving, preventing Anderson from controlling successfully. RunningRabbit escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Anderson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. RunningRabbit has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Anderson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Anderson content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. RunningRabbit has his hands on Anderson's head, controlling the position. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Anderson wants to control from the top but RunningRabbit keeps moving. RunningRabbit is trying to control the position but Anderson postures up. RunningRabbit looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Anderson is defending well. RunningRabbit quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Anderson has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! RunningRabbit celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
