Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel DC (ranked 24471 p4p, 4951 weight class) and Danu Jaya (ranked 590 p4p, 559 weight class). DC comes to the cage accompanied by Wolf Totem. Danu Jaya is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Danu Jaya!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Illya Tyunina and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DC closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jaya circles away.
A left and a right from Jaya both land. Nice combination.
DC shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Jaya counters with a straight right hand.
We've been hearing reports that DC has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
DC fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jaya avoids it really well and circles away.
Jaya tries to counter with a clinch but DC shakes him off and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel DC. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jaya has hold of DC's arm. He's looking for a kimura. DC seems comfortable defending it but Jaya has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! DC is real pain and he's forced to tap out! DC is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Jaya couldn't care less - he's delighted!
