Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mitch Kingston (ranked 1573 p4p, 3581 weight class) and John Dickweed (ranked 189 p4p, 411 weight class). John Dickweed is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mitch Kingston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Dickweed!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Jorge Garcia and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dickweed drops his hands momentarily and Kingston takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
We've been told by Kingston's head coaches at Helsinki Private Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Dickweed shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Dickweed was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Dickweed lands a nice short elbow.

Dickweed tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kingston swivels and escapes.

Dickweed shoots in looking for a takedown. Kingston tries to sprawl out of it but Dickweed keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kingston manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Kingston enables Dickweed to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kingston manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dickweed's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Dickweed drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kingston manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Dickweed has Kingston in his guard.

Dickweed is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kingston is aware though and is defending well.
Kingston wanted to stand there but Dickweed had control of the position.

Kingston drops Dickweed with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dickweed looks back up at him and smiles so Kingston waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

And that's the end of the fight!
Mitch Kingston showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Kingston has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
