Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Bellavia (ranked 3219 p4p, 24795 weight class) and Ridwan Chapman (ranked 218 p4p, 310 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Antonio Bellavia! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ridwan Chapman! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Russell Pearce and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bellavia shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Chapman as he avoids it easily. Chapman looks really tired already! Bellavia stalks Chapman and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Chapman's face. Chapman staggers backwards, shaken. Bellavia seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Chapman for as long as he can get away with. Chapman seems to have recovered his senses. Bellavia continues to stall. Bellavia's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Chapman felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chapman is controlling an arm, preventing Bellavia from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Bellavia connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Chapman! He's out on his feet! Bellavia rushes in and drops Chapman with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
