The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Toehold throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Laitila's waist but Laitila gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Toehold off to one side.
Laitila seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
