Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jaxson Hogan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reinaldo Hernandez!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hernandez throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hogan sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Hernandez lands a jab to the nose.
Hogan with a hook.
Hogan throws out a loose jab but Hernandez uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hogan lands with an uppercut that bounces Hernandez off the cage and back into range.
It looks like Reinaldo Hernandez has been cut.
Hogan scores with a jab.
Hernandez defending well as Hogan loads up on a big left hand.
A little jabbing left from Hernandez on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Hernandez misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hogan.
Hogan throws a body shot but no joy.
Hernandez swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Hernandez moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hernandez connects with a body shot that sends Hogan's belly button to the back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hogan keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hernandez.
Hernandez throws a hook to the side of Hogan's head but Hogan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hogan throws a looping overhand right but Hernandez ducks down to avoid it.
Hogan bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hernandez cracks a nice hook into Hogan's ribs.
Hernandez misses with a hook. Hogan ducked under it nicely.
Hogan cracks Hernandez with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Hernandez looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Hogan finish him?
Hernandez is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hernandez misses with a left hand
and Hogan rattles Hernandez with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Hernandez tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Hogan dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Hernandez stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jaxson Hogan!
