Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 23 - 36 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rikkard Hanson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 13 - 25 - 0, fighting out of London, Ilya Bryzgalov! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bryzgalov throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bryzgalov looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Bryzgalov gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Hanson to score an easy takedown into full guard. Hanson scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Hanson forces his way into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hanson decides to return to a standing position.
Hanson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Bryzgalov's half guard. Hanson is nestled in close to Bryzgalov, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Hanson is trying for a kimura here. Bryzgalov looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Hanson wins by kimura!
