Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Khazmat Whittaker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Elmo Fredrico!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Topper Green and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whittaker defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fredrico.
Whittaker takes the fight into the clinch.
Whittaker is fighting off a takedown attempt but Fredrico is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Whittaker to the mat. Whittaker regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Fredrico seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Whittaker escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fredrico gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Khazmat Whittaker.
I think Fredrico has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
