The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Corleone connects with a looping right hand.
No luck for Corleone with that takedown attempt.
Madden avoids a punch combination nicely.
Corleone closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Madden manages to work his way to half guard, despite Corleone's best efforts.
Corleone is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Madden tries to get to full guard but Corleone has control of the leg.

Madden wants to stand up but Corleone is controlling him.
Corleone drops back looking for a leg! Madden is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Madden manages to kick Corleone off! Corleone jumps back into Madden's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Corleone tries to score a power double leg takedown but Madden sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Corleone somewhat.

Madden looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Michael Corleone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Corleone looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Madden is fending him off so far but Corleone persists. Nope, Madden circles away and we're back to standing.

Madden drops Corleone with a beautiful combination! Corleone stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Madden is looking for the KO!

It looks like Michael Corleone has been cut.
Corleone chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Madden can pounce on him.
Oh Corleone is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Madden drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Corleone right on the button. Corleone goes down! Madden follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Madden gets the win via TKO!
