The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones Jr keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Duran cracks Jones Jr with an open hand slap.
Duran misses with a shot to the body
and Jones Jr counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Roberto Duran has been cut.
Jones Jr misses with a few strikes there.
Jones Jr takes one on the chin but seems OK.

It looks like Roy Jones Jr has been cut.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones Jr works Duran's body with a nice hook.
Roberto Duran seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Duran looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Duran gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Duran throws a sloppy body shot
letting Jones Jr counter with a right hand.
Duran looks to land a right hand but Jones Jr moved out of range.
A countering left hand to the body from Jones Jr misses.
Jones Jr connects with a jab.
Jones Jr lands a right and a left and another right! Duran goes down! Oh, he's in big, big trouble! 3,4,5,6,7,8... he's up to one knee... 9,10! He can't beat the count - this one is all over!
