Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Robo Sixteenthethird (ranked 3563 p4p, 3532 weight class) and Darko Doncic (ranked 271 p4p, 269 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Robo Sixteenthethird has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Robo Sixteenthethird seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sixteenthethird looks to land a combination. Doncic sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Doncic fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Doncic moves out of range as Sixteenthethird strikes.
Sixteenthethird throws a right hand that misses
and Doncic counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Doncic lands a couple of digs.
Sixteenthethird has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Doncic can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Doncic scoring with some ground and pound.
Sixteenthethird trying to keep a closed guard but Doncic is proving a slippery customer.
Doncic told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Doncic is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Doncic sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Sixteenthethird doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Doncic paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Sixteenthethird - great work!
