Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Xxx Xxx (ranked 5664 p4p, 22995 weight class) and Xxx Xxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 87 - 24 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 17 - 94 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter A dives in and scores a takedown into Fighter B's guard. Fighter A controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Fighter B looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Fighter A puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Fighter B trying to control here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Fighter B has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Fighter A is working away from the top position though.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Fighter A gets caught flat footed, as Fighter B shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter A controlling the position. Fighter B throws an elbow that misses. Fighter A uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Fighter B's guard. Nice move by Fighter A!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A showing good wrestling skills to control the position. That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Fighter B moves into full guard.
Fighter A controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Fighter A stopping the sweep attempt from Fighter B. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xxx Xxx dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Fighter B. Fighter A wants to control but Fighter B postures up. Fighter B tries to score with some ground and pound. Fighter A controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Fighter B working the strikes but Fighter A uses the opportunity to regain half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B not landing any meaningful shots this time. Fighter B missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Nice strikes from Fighter B there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A controlling the position for now. Fighter B thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Fighter B gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Fighter A makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Fighter B really felt that one!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Fighter A looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Fighter B is looking to clinch. Fighter B goes for a double leg but Fighter A avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Fighter A continues to drive forward. Xxx Xxx has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Xxx Xxx.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Fighter B gets the underhooks and prevents it.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Fighter A gets a trip takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fighter B trying to control from the bottom.
Fighter A controlling the action here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter B is trying to control but can't.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Xxx Xxx will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round! Nice takedown defense from Fighter A. No joy for Fighter B on that attempt. Fighter A keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Fighter B shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fighter A's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Xxx Xxx has got the better of the ground game so far. Fighter A continues to stall. More hug and hope from Fighter A.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Fighter A utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Fighter A seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Fighter A changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fighter B tries to avoid it but Fighter A manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fighter B to the ground. Fighter B escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fighter B. Xxx Xxx has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Xxx Xxx.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B fails with the takedown and Fighter A finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Fighter B shoots in but no luck this time. Fighter A fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Fighter B unleashes a big counter combination but Fighter A bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Fighter B throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fighter A's waist but Fighter A gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fighter B off to one side. Fighter A scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Fighter A working away. A lull in the action here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter B sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Xxx Xxx. I think Fighter A has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
