And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 1 losses; Axel Randall!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Jonathan Paton and Columbo Gatti.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Randall shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Richards as he avoids it easily.
Horrible takedown attempt by Randall or perhaps it was just good defense by Richards, which made it look bad.
Randall shoots in for a double leg but Richards sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Billy Richards has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Axel Randall.

Richards has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Randall uses from the top position.
