The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kollhouse scores with a three punch combo!

Waller drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Waller shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Waller showed some decent athleticism there.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kollhouse might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Waller thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Waller is keen to just control but Kollhouse is a slippery customer.

Waller thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kollhouse's head.

Waller postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Kollhouse to stand up.

Waller tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kollhouse paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kollhouse throws a series of strikes that have Waller backpedaling.

Waller bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Waller wants to control but Kollhouse is keeping him busy.

Waller is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
A left and a right from Kollhouse both land. Nice combination.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Waller.
Kollhouse feints a jab promting Waller to slip. Kollhouse then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Waller slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Kollhouse shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Waller eats them both and turns towards Kollhouse to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Kollhouse lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Kollhouse is working the combinations to good effect here.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Waller throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kollhouse connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Waller gets the takedown into side control.
Kollhouse knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Waller on the ground.

Waller has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Waller looks for a takedown but Kollhouse sprawls well.
Waller gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Waller dodges the punch combination from Kollhouse.
Waller drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Kollhouse defends it well.
A right-left combo lands from Kollhouse.
Waller tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kollhouse was well out of range. Poor timing from Waller.
Kollhouse throws a one two combo.
Waller swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kollhouse seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Waller walks into a jab.
Waller doesn't manage to clinch there - Kollhouse circles away.

Waller closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Kollhouse's guard.
Kollhouse is looking to stand back up but Waller counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Kollhouse.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Kollhouse's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Kollhouse moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Kollhouse rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Waller moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Kollhouse lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Waller circles away quickly and effectively.
Waller gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Kollhouse throws a series of punches but Waller moves out of range.
Waller has a takedown stuffed.
