Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sean MacGuire (ranked 2163 p4p, 2497 weight class) and Sigurd Knutsson (ranked 247 p4p, 281 weight class). Knutsson has chosen war drums as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sigurd Knutsson!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jonathan Paton and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knutsson looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for MacGuire!
MacGuire is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Project Mayhem, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
MacGuire is not content to let Knutsson control the position.
MacGuire bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Knutsson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. MacGuire was covering up waiting for the punch and Knutsson finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Knutsson passes MacGuire's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Knutsson stops MacGuire from getting back to his feet.
Knutsson wants to work for an arm triangle but MacGuire is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Knutsson seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. MacGuire is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
