Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Mazepin (ranked 2880 p4p, 2084 weight class) and Christophe Dupree (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Mazepin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to boom. Dupree has chosen Eddie Vedder - Society as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mazepin slips a straight right by Dupree.
A combination from Dupree does no damage.
Mazepin appears to be looking for a big counter.
Mazepin takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Good exchange - Dupree coming out on top.

It looks like Fedor Mazepin has been cut.
Dupree throws a body shot but no joy.
Mazepin seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Mazepin looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Dupree misses the shot to the body.
Mazepin checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Dupree connects with a looping right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mazepin has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dupree finds it's way round the side to connect with Mazepin's head.

Dupree's corner calls for a 1-2. Dupree obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Dupree fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mazepin manages to avoid it.

Christophe Dupree seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dupree stuffs the takedown.
Mazepin keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dupree.
Mazepin attempts a counter takedown but Dupree avoids it well and moves away.
Mazepin has a takedown stuffed.
Dupree now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
That kick from Dupree tenderised Mazepin's leg. Mazepin is trying to keep his angry face on.

Dupree lands a nice leg kick that just misses Mazepin's sensitive parts.
Dupree loads up on a big right hand but Mazepin slips the punch.
Mazepin takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Dupree drops Mazepin with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Mazepin! Dupree dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
