Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Turbo Bulken!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jorge Rocha!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Paulo Santos and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bulken lands a nice shot to the body.
Bulken misses with an attempted mid kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bulken. Rocha does a little dance to reset his feet.

Bulken rushes Rocha and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Rocha on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Bulken pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bulken attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Rocha is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Rocha blocks a head kick by Bulken.
Bulken tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Rocha manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rocha with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
A nice inside leg kick there by Bulken. That's going to slow Rocha down.
A lazy body kick from Bulken

and Rocha counters with a shoot takedown. Bulken fights it but they end up in guard.

Rocha postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bulken is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Rocha, into his guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Rocha pushes a forearm under Bulken's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Bulken is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Jorge Rocha was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
