Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Gunner (ranked 5203 p4p, 5239 weight class) and Pok Shoy (ranked 255 p4p, 258 weight class). Pok Shoy told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tommy Gunner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pok Shoy!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunner throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Gunner swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Shoy.
A left lands for Gunner.
Gunner throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Shoy walks into a jab.
Gunner works the jab nicely.
Tommy Gunner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gunner lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Shoy goes for a double leg but Gunner avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gunner continues to drive forward.
The fighters circle momentarily. Gunner darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
A shot to the liver by Gunner. Beautiful body shot.
Shoy looks winded!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gunner dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Gunner jabs at Shoy's body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gunner connects with a solid leg kick.
Gunner is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Shoy takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Gunner's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Gunner duly obliges.
Gunner lands with a cross.
Gunner stuns Shoy with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Gunner connects with a good right hand that stumbles Shoy. Shoy circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Gunner lands a slapping body shot.
Gunner lands a big head kick that sends Shoy tumbling to the mat! Gunner takes a step backwards and waves Shoy back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Shoy is rocked!
It looks like Pok Shoy has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gunner throws a leg kick which misses Shoy's front leg but catches the back leg as Shoy tries to avoid it.
Shoy is still on wobbly legs! Can Gunner finish him?
Gunner closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Shoy! Gunner dives in looking to finish! Shoy is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tommy Gunner!
Tommy Gunner took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'I’m here to do the man dance every time I step in here guys'.
