Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aqissiac Jacira (ranked 2616 p4p, 23375 weight class) and Gabe Garcia (ranked 313 p4p, 545 weight class). Jacira kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Cherokee War Song. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Jacira. Garcia does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jacira throws a good cross that connects.
Jacira displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Garcia.

Garcia walks into a straight right hand from Jacira.
It looks like Gabe Garcia has been cut.
Garcia shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jacira as he avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jacira throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Garcia on the side of the head.

Jacira lands a big uppercut and Garcia crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Garcia looks OK. Jacira waves Garcia back to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Garcia gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Jacira points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Garcia wakes up just in time to hear Jacira thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Aqissiac Jacira!
