Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chinweike Idowu (ranked 24473 p4p, 3228 weight class) and Ilander Runner (ranked 499 p4p, 352 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chinweike Idowu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ilander Runner!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Idowu moves into the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oooooh!!! Runner has knocked Idowu down with a huge combo! Runner steps away and waves a wobbly Idowu back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Oh Idowu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Runner fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Idowu has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Runner throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Idowu blocks it with crossed arms.
